MBS operational guidelines

The MBS is a unique institution, as it provides training for audiovisual professionals based on the following guidelines:

  1. Zero Gap Policy. In all our programmes our trainers are active professionals in the audiovisual industry and we require them to do an active follow-up and support of the projects developed. This support will be compulsory for the professionals involved in the training in order to make more effective the zero gap policy of the programme. That is, to close the gap between industry and training, making the courses the best shortcut to really make a difference.
  2. P4P. By Professionals for Professionals. The MBS courses are desingned for professionals and therefore,  all our trainers and instructors are always highly qualified professionals with a vast experience in the industry, and active players in their fields. The variety of experts invited make it easy for contacts to be made and networking to be established on a peer to peer basis and allow for medium and long term business links to be created.
  3. Our programmes are project based: each participant comes with a project and the objective is to complete a Financial and Strategic plan, after individual and group consultations.
  4. One to one sessions are at the core of all our programmes, to help the participants to get the most from senior experts, giving them first hand and privileged information.
  5. Networking activities are strongly encouraged during the courses, with many opportunities apart from the academic sessions. This helps to build medium and long term relationships among the experts and participants.
  6. Personal communications skills are developed through an intensive, practical training in pitching and presentations, taught by a recognized expert on this field.
